Studio Rentals & Band Practice Space

Studio and classroom space is available for rental for practice, rehearsals and a place to teach. There is a choice of pianos, Baldwin and Yamaha studio uprights.

All rooms were built to 90 dB isolation and have windows. We are fully handicapped-accessible, with a comfortable waiting area and restroom.

For electric players, we offer a digital headphone monitor rehearsal space. Equipment includes the HearTechnologies Personal Monitor Mixer System through a 16-channel Mackie Onyx mixing board (incl. firewire card), a Yamaha Clavinova, Yamaha Digital Drums, Digitech Amp Modeling Guitar Processors, a variety of mics including E-V PL44 vocal mics and Shure mics, and Altec Lansing SRS Studio Headphones. Feel free to bring your laptop and record your rehearsal.
